Michigan HB 4348: This bill was signed into law in February 2022 and will become effective January 1, 2024. It requires PBMs to file transparency reports to provide information to consumers about the backend cost and profits of medications. It also prohibits PBMs from requiring pharmacists to sign “gag clauses” and prohibits spread pricing.
